I haven't received my order yet
If you have not yet received your order after the expected date it could be a logistics problem associated with the courier. Fill out the form reporting the purchase code and the product in question, we will understand what is the progress of the shipment.
I can't make the payment
If you encounter problems during the payment phase of the order, there may be a problem with the card used for:
- lack of funds on the card in question; - authorization not approved by the bank that managed the card itself; - numbers corresponding to the card not correct.

I forgot the password
f you no longer remember your password to access the Maemi account, don't worry, just go to the appropriate area and follow the instructions for resetting the password.
