ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
MAEMI OFFICIAL is committed to ensuring that the shipment to your address is done flawlessly. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, after indicating the shipping address. If the shipment takes place within the Italian territory, the latter is free (except Sardinia which has shipping costs equal to 12 €);

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are calculated from the first working day following the confirmation of the order: an e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent as soon as the package is taken over by the courier.
All couriers deliver from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.
MAEMI OFFICIAL cannot be held responsible in any way for delays due to customs operations or for causes attributable to the courier. However, we will take care of any inconvenience, providing constant updates on the status of the shipment.
